The Hanging OUT! International Conference intends to promote outdoor education and high quality ECEC, as well as a foundation for individuals’ empowerment and inclusive development. All outputs of the Hanging OUT! project will be presented and discussed at the event.

The Hanging OUT! International Conference, being a multiplier event, will provide an opportunity to share and to rethink the importance of outdoor education in today’s society and how to boost it in the educational systems and curricula. It will be a forum for discussion and debate of ideas with interest to the educational community in general. Thematic rooms will be organized, in which the presenters will have the opportunity to deliver a workshop.

The program also includes the presence of Keynote Speakers, for a sufficiently comprehensive and complementary approach.
Participants are also invited to bring a Poster (A0 or A1 size format) to share their practices and projects under the topic of outdoor education in ECEC.

The conference is open to the entire academic and scientific community and will have a hybrid format (with sessions onsite and online - check the conference programme for more info!).
