Climate change and water scarcity has prompted concern to the wine sector due to the strong impact that it has on the vineyard productivity and wine quality.

This practice based project will bring together students, researchers and stakeholders to evaluate the hotspots and minimize water consumption by about 10%, in the wine chain.
